TANK AND STRUCTURAL SPECIFICATIONS
* 14,000L steel tank designed to suit cab chassis
* Low-profile design improves centre of gravity and enhances vehicle stability
* Three transverse baffle walls & one full-length longitudinal baffle wall for advanced stability
* Integrated splash rim around tank top; water level sight gauges fitted at front and rear
* All tank surfaces hot-dip galvanised for corrosion resistance, externally finished in two-pack white
* Flexible spring-loaded mounting system at front and rear allows for chassis movement
* Engineered using 3D CAD and Trailer WIN to ensure strength and balanced axle load distribution
* Hot-dip galvanized steel subframe; subframe and chassis mounting transport-engineered
* Heavy-duty weatherproof steel lockable toolbox (800x500x500mm), black powder coat finish

PUMP AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS
* Hot shift PTO or engine Live Drive installed in a protected and accessible position
* Hydraulic system includes pump, flow control, pressure relief, and check valves
* HYDAC hydraulic oil tank with integrated cooler, return filter, oil level and temp gauges
* System filled with 20 litres of 68 grade hydraulic oil; operates below 85dB noise level
* Meets AS2671-2002 standards; tested, rated, and highly suitable for the water pump
* Close-coupled Southern Cross hydraulic drive water pump (Australian made) - 2200LPM at 86PSI
* Pump engagement switches located in-cab and externally on LHS near the suction system

SPRAY AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS
* Three 80mm rear-mounted deflector fan spray heads (left, centre, right)
* 80mm underbody pressurised V-jet spray bar with 14 brass nozzles on flexible supports
* Manual hose reel with 20 metres of heavy-duty hose and adjustable on/off nozzle
* 80mm pump outlet with manual wafer valve; 20mm tap outlet with ball valve

FILL AND SUCTION SYSTEMS
* 80mm hydrant top-fill system with regulation-compliant air gap and non-return valve
* Large funnel provided for overhead gantry filling
* Rear-positioned 80mm suction inlet via water pump
* Suction and top-fill hose assembly kits supplied, including foot valve and strainer

* Sight gauges fitted to the front drivers side and rear, with high-visibility floats
